Nature Hike

Sunday, February 9, 12:00-1:30 p.m.

All are invited to join in a nature walk through Schmitz Preserve Park in West Seattle.  Guided by naturalist Clif Edwards*, we will appreciate the beauty of the flora and fauna around us.  We will also punctuate our walk with specially selected prayers, poetry and readings.

*  Clif Edwards has an AA in Forest Resources. He worked as a wilderness ranger on Mt. Hood NF for four seasons where he taught visitors about the natural world and our need to protect our natural resources.  Clif has been a certified arborist in Seattle since 2000. He is also a seasoned mushroom forager, which has added to his extensive knowledge of forest habitats.
